EMDR

EMDR is an evidence-based CBT technique that is aimed at reducing the power of traumatic memories. Therapy will include establishing safety and reprocessing trauma memories so that you are able to start healing and take control back of your life.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is an evidence-based approach to treating many disorders and improving quality of life. Therapy will focus on learning how to experience life in the present moment, in a non-judgmental way. Sessions will be interactive, teaching new skills that can be done independently.

CBT-i

CBT-i is an evidence-based treatment for insomnia. Thoughts and feelings about sleep are examined and tested to see if they’re accurate, while behaviors are examined to determine if they promote sleep. CBT-i is a medication-free approach to treatment.
